REGION INVESTS verification points

Current exporter licence, mineral scope, holder and validity period.
Permitted source of purchase and records supporting the supply chain.
Bank/FX evidence, assay/valuation, NMA/customs records and final gold certificate.
Current fees, duties and implementing requirements at the shipment date.
Important qualification: parts of NMA’s public operational page still reference the former Mines and Minerals Act 2009 and show inconsistent historical export-duty figures. REGION INVESTS does not treat those percentages as current without separate confirmation from NMA/current rules.
