This page defines the current public evaluation status of REGION INVESTS Gold Terminal. It is designed to distinguish a technical paper-trading evaluation product from broker execution, investment management or a verified commercial performance claim.
Current status
Gold Terminal is currently offered for technical evaluation and information requests. REGION INVESTS is not accepting a public purchase through this page. Server-recorded paper results are evaluation data, not a brokerage statement, audited track record, promise of profit or guarantee of future performance.

Technology & Analytics Provider Status
In connection with Gold Terminal, REGION INVESTS acts solely as a technology and analytics provider. The platform supplies analytical infrastructure, server-recorded research models, verifiable data presentation and structured risk analytics. Nothing presented through Gold Terminal constitutes brokerage activity, custody of client assets, discretionary investment management or execution of transactions on behalf of third parties.
Any future connection to a regulated execution venue, licensed broker or other financial intermediary would require a separate written agreement, applicable compliance review and an independently authorised technical integration. No such relationship or execution service is created by public access to Gold Terminal.

1. Product Specification / Спецификация продукта
- Instrument currently displayed: XAU/USD analytical paper model.
- Execution timeframe: confirmed closed 1H candles.
- Higher-timeframe filters: 4H direction confirmation and 1D market context.
- Authoritative performance source: versioned server ledger; browser local storage is not the source of performance statistics.
- Current model risk parameters: 5% model risk per paper position, maximum 10% aggregate model exposure, maximum two concurrent positions, target/stop framework +2R / −1R.
- No live brokerage order routing, custody of client assets or discretionary account management is provided by Gold Terminal.

2. Evaluation Terms / Условия оценки
Access to public Gold Terminal information is for evaluation, research and product-review purposes. Any non-public access, source code, API licence, dashboard licence, deployment, integration, commercial use or transfer of intellectual property requires a separate written agreement signed by authorised representatives of REGION INVESTS.
Users must not represent paper results as live brokerage performance, remove risk disclosures, impersonate REGION INVESTS, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, or use the platform in violation of applicable law. REGION INVESTS may modify, suspend or discontinue evaluation features while the product is being validated.

3. Risk Disclosure / Раскрытие рисков
Trading and market analysis involve substantial risk. Paper/backtest outcomes may differ materially from live execution due to spread, commissions, slippage, latency, liquidity, gaps, data revisions, broker rules, order rejection and other market or infrastructure factors. Historical or simulated outcomes do not predict future results.
Current server-ledger net statistics include the disclosed xauusd-execution-cost-v1 assumptions: USD 0.50/oz spread per round trip, USD 7 per 100 oz standard lot per round trip, USD 0.10/oz slippage per side, and a 300 ms latency allowance with USD 0.05/oz price impact per side. These are conservative model assumptions, not verified charges or fills from a named broker. Independent forward verification and external validation remain separate evidence layers.

4. Privacy & Retention / Конфиденциальность и хранение
Product-information enquiries sent by email are used to respond to the enquiry, conduct applicable compliance checks and maintain business correspondence. Sensitive transaction or corporate documents should be submitted only through a designated REGION INVESTS encrypted upload channel when an authorised access code has been issued.
External uploaded files are stored in a private storage bucket and may be placed in quarantine pending review. Access, retention and deletion are governed by legitimate business, compliance, legal and security requirements. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data.

5. Support Policy / Поддержка
During the evaluation phase, product questions and access enquiries are handled through the official corporate email: regioninvests.sl@gmail.com. No guaranteed service-level agreement, uptime commitment or trading-response time is offered unless a separate written agreement expressly provides it.
6. Payments & Refunds / Платежи и возвраты
No public checkout or public algorithm sale is currently offered through Gold Terminal. Therefore no public evaluation payment is due and no automated refund process applies. Any future paid licence or service must be governed by a separate written commercial agreement stating the exact product, licence scope, price, taxes, support, cancellation and refund terms before payment.

The applicable law and dispute-resolution provisions for any commercial licence must be stated in the signed transaction-specific agreement; this public evaluation page does not create a paid licence or investment-advisory relationship.

This public framework is a product-risk disclosure and evaluation baseline. Before a paid commercial launch, REGION INVESTS should have the final licence, privacy, consumer/payment and governing-law wording reviewed by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions in which the product will be offered.
